Process
A piece centered around the emotions and feelings a Maestro can envoke from an orchestra.
Orchestra’s have a lot of power in a room. They can unite, deny, swell, and diminish. My design was based around these effects and how to light dancers to show music. The darker colors served to make a more intimate and suspicious setting for a solo cello and two dancers, while the brighter tones brought in the ensemble and paired with the entrance of the rest of the orchestra.
